Mr. Hackett is a Vice President and has been with LEM since 2007. He is responsible for fund level projections, portfolio management, investment due diligence and underwriting. Mr. Hackett has six years experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions and since joining LEM, has underwritten investments involving over $150 million of real estate and manages investments in $275 million of real estate in the existing portfolio.
Prior to joining LEM, Mr. Hackett worked for the Lennar Corporation and was involved in real estate project development and financial analysis.
Mr. Hackett holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Boston University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Villanova University. Mr. Hackett is also a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey.
