Credit Manager at Wachovia Bank, N.A., in their Real Estate Financial Services division where he structured, underwrote and serviced commercial real estate loans including acquisition and development loans, construction loans, bridge loans, and lines of credit for a variety of property types which include office, industrial, multi-family, retail and residential subdivisions.
