Harvard JCHS America’s Rental Housing 2022 report

After a year of unprecedented growth in 2021, the housing market has taken a turn. With multiple interest rate hikes, homebuying has become even more unattainable for many due to increased monthly payments. Additionally, for-sale inventory has hit an all-time low, forcing people to rent for longer.
